Explain who you/your company or group is/are Standing Ahead for (i.e. your mom, grandmother, sister, friend, boss, women’s brain health, etc.)

Donate individually or collectively to the cause at standahead.org

Challenge two others to participate (they will have 48 hours to take the challenge)

Direct viewers to standahead.org to donate and learn more

If you are unable to complete a headstand, simply nominate someone to stand ahead on your behalf, and share a photo of you beside him or her as you stand ahead for women’s brain health.
