On December 2nd, in celebration of Women’s Brain Health Day, join thousands of others and take part in the Stand Ahead® Memory Challenge to stand up against research bias and stand ahead for women’s brain health.

THE STAND AHEAD® MEMORY CHALLENGE

HOW MANY CARDS CAN YOU REMEMBER?

STEP 1: Shuffle a deck of cards.

STEP 2: Select 7 cards at random face down.

STEP 3: Turn the 7 cards face up and examine them for 10 seconds.

STEP 4: Turn the 7 cards face down.

STEP 5: Recall out loud as many as you can.
(You do not need to recall the suit of each card.)

HOW IT WORKS

1: Film yourself (or have someone film you safely) doing your memory challenge.

2: On December 2, 2020, post the video and use the hashtag #StandAhead.

3: Follow and tag @StandAhead on Instagram or Facebook.

4: Donate to the cause at standahead.org.

5: Challenge two others to participate (they will have 48 hours to take the challenge).

6: Direct viewers to standahead.org to donate and learn more.
