The Conductor Challenge requires you to draw an imaginary vertical line (a 1-2 count) with one hand while you draw an imaginary triangle (a 1-2-3 count) with the other at the same time.

Record yourself taking the challenge and post your video on social media with the hashtag #StandAhead, while calling upon two friends to do the same and donate to Women’s Brain Health Initiative. Donations of $20 or more will qualify for a tax receipt.
