In 2019 the challenge was to do a headstand to stand up against research bias and stand ahead for women’s brain health.

In 2020 the challenge was a memory test, trying to recall 7 playing cards after looking at them for 10 seconds.

In 2021 the challenge was to write your name with both your dominant and non-dominant hand.

In 2022 the challenge was to draw an imaginary vertical line with one hand while you draw an imaginary triangle with the other simultaneously.

In 2023 we’re gearing up again with a new challenge that we’ll celebrate on December 2nd, for Women’s Brain Health Day.

THE STAND AHEAD® CAMPAIGN AND CHALLENGES HAVE HELPED US RAISE OVER
$3 MILLION FOR NEW WOMEN’S BRAIN HEALTH RESEARCH.

The goal is still the same for 2023, but for this year’s Stand Ahead® Challenge, we want you to put on your thinking cap and enter the Women’s Brain Health Day Contest with your own idea for what the newest Challenge should be.

All you do…
is CREATE A FUN, SOCIAL CHALLENGE and submit your idea for the chance to win a Stand Ahead® Gift Basket worth over $500 plus a $1,000 visa gift card.

The winner and their Challenge will be featured in the Fall edition of Mind Over Matter® Magazine, which is distributed to households and doctors’ offices across Canada and made available online, plus can participate in our event on Women’s Brain Health Day.
